The living room has a sofa bed, television and bar unit as well as access, serving hatches to the fully equipped kitchen.
The dining room can accommodate 8 guests around the table.
The three bedrooms were renovated in 2023, including furniture. One bathroom has a toilet. A shower room separates two bedrooms.
A small living room (library), equipped with a sofa bed, can be an extra bedroom or used as a games room. Another toilet opens into this small living room. You will also have access to a terrace at the back which is particularly pleasant thanks to its freshness that it keeps in all seasons.
The villa is connected to fiber. You will find in the living room the wifi box with its access codes.
The television in the living room is connected. You can find your Canal, Netflix, Amazon Prime subscriptions...
