The breakfast layout was pleasantly surprising, in a good way. It's layout wasn't cramped, you weren't bumping into people.
Location was good for the purpose of my visit. But I appreciate It's closeness to downtown, yet not to close to be overwhelmed with crowds.
The building is starting to show it's age, the elevator seemed slow. Especially considering there's only 8 floors. The amount of vending and ice machines that where out of order was disheartening.

Breakfast and breakfast room were fine. The view on the lake from the breakfast room and the outside deck were great.
Breakfast choices were adequate.
I was initially asked to pay more for a room on the lake side. My room was eventually changed due to street noise.

Beautiful view, friendly staff.
This is a rundown place that needs face lift. The facility is old and aged. Okay room space and small bathroom. Towels bit old, bad sweaty smells in the closet. AC cannot adjust wind volume and is very loud. Tap water tasted bit mold.
