The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful.
The location is great quick walk to everything in the city and if you're driving you don't get stuck in tge traffic.

Great location, easy walk to the waterfront.

The rooms are very spacious. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large and operational. No problems with clogged drains or slow running toilets. Parking is a bit tricky. We needed to ask the front desk how to access the parking ramp during weekend hours and exit signage is confusing in the ramp as well. Location is convenient to the waterfront, which can be easily accessed, as can The Citadel.
