-Great staff, friendly and helpful during our stay and after when I called about the earbuds I had left behind
- Tasty al la carte breakfast. Tried 2x and both mornings food was freshly prepared and top quality
- Excellent location, easy walk to the waterfront and all over downtown Halifax
- Quiet room, comfy beds. Our room was near elevators and meeting room access and we didn't hear a peep
Our room door didn't close properly on its own, discovered day one but they remedied that right away.
Pool was cold and swim lessons were taking place so didn't feel comfortable staying and swimming

A great downtown location, with all the main attractions in walking distance.
The express bus from the airport stops right outside the hotel.
Getting access to ‘The Pantry’ in the 6th floor was an added bonus.
The doors to the room were very loud when closing.

The location is great.. Very friendly staff, and extremly helpful..
Breakfast was poor, not enough variety.. The dining area was a bit depressing, need some greenary/ plants around.. Lifts need upgrading, spent half of my time waiting for one..
