It was clean.
The air conditioning blew directly on the beds. We had to block the unmovable vents with our extra pillows.

The staff were attentive and did their best to respond well to our concerns and there were many concerns the bed was very conformtable. The TV was good
Upon arrival, we checked in and we were promised a room with a tub. We had called to confirm this before check in. Unfortunately the room we were assigned did not have a tub which we found out when we got there So we returned to the desk and asked to be given a room with a tub Staff arranged this and we arrived in the room We then realized that we had been given an adjoining room There were many teenagers next door and we had not been told there was an event with many active and loud young people staying right next door in an adjoining room. SO we were unsatisfied with the inconvenience of an adjoining room, especially one right next to teenagers attending this event. We asked again to change rooms. Staff accommodated. Upon arrival to the next room we were given, we discovered very little hot water available in the shower, and some renovations that did not appear to be complete. We were not willing to be in a room without proper hot water. Therefore, we had to ask once again to change rooms. There were also kids actively playing around and being loud in the hallways. After three inconvenient moves, we were moved into an adequate room for our stay. I asked for free parking as these moves were very inconvenient and totally unacceptable. The staff agreed and immediately made a note for us to receive free parking on checkout. We very much think that a hotel should not be this inconvenient when a stay is supposed to be relaxing and restful.
Also, some of the common areas did not have heat. This should not be the case.
We did appreciate the staff's willingness to do what they could. We feel we deserve a free night's stay for all our inconveniences. We had been guests at the hotel before and never experienced this level of inconvenience. Even during renovation, the proper accommodation and necessities can be better
