    This hotel from the get go was just stunning. The furniture, the design. Beautiful. I’m often in a wheelchair and they were able to get me a room right near the elevator to make my stay easier. The room came with everything you’d need for a comfortable night. Gorgeous bathroom with tile floors. Well functioning appliances, small fridge, water bottles, some chairs to relax or set your stuff on. And a big soft king bed. I have to say when I got home, I missed that bed! It was lovely. The valet was very helpful and thankfully, didn’t criticize the cleanliness of our car!! Ha. Front desk staff were great. Nobody bothered us at random (I’ve had that happen in other hotels) couldn’t hear the pool or any loud noises. Great stay. Highly recommended. Almost with the high price. 9.5/10.

    Staff were amazing, lobby was beautiful. Buy get off the elevator to head to your room and it's suddenly the early 90's. Rooms need an update. But bed was super comfy (ask for your preference of type of pillow upon arrival), linens and surfaces including bathroom were super clean; carpets, paint and wallpaper need an overhaul. I was a little disappointed with the room because we were looking for a fancy hotel for a romantic getaway, and the photos showing rooms are far nicer than the reality: but it is very comfy and clean, so getaway not ruined.
