The room was gorgeous and the hotel was fantastic.
The pool was fun, but the chlorine seemed to be very irritating to everyone's eyes and we couldn't stay in the pool area very long

Honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in and trust me I travel alot. Everything was just amazing 🤩
Didnt have the room service so getting the food to thw room but thats ok.

The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the location was convenient.
Confusing booking process and inconsistent information from staff. The room layout did not match what was discussed or shown online, and resolving issues took more time than it should have. Disappointing overall.
