Me and my friend booked a room with 2 single beds, called a "double room" in the app, which we thought was weird, as a room with one double bed is also called a "double room." Low and behold, when we arrived they offered us a tiny double bed instead of the two singles we expected. They said the room with two singles was not available, and made us pay *** extra to upgrade to a room with two beds, one double and one king. Despite me showing them that the two single bed booking had the same name as the double bed, they refused to be held accountable, even while admitting that this mix up has occurred in the past. It has now been over 4 days of going back and forth with Agoda about the issue, who also refuses to take any responsibility for the mix-up and will only say that they are still waiting to hear back from the property. Very disappointed by both parties.

It’s not for a family of two or anything , it can be useful for a single traveller or someone or somebody wish to spend some hours . No parking , 1/4 of the building is in construction . It’s not for me I immediately vacated after visited the room

Given basement rooms which was not.indicated during booking. Staff not very fri3ndly at all. Rooms were adequate but we could hear movement from outside door and those above us.. Almost everyone there were so disappointed.
