Bright and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
It would be nice to have a larger tv in the Atruim over the fireplace. Also it was difficult to get a signal. Or wifi

Great staff and lots to do for kids! Staff let my mother in the room early to decorate so it would be a nice surprise for when me and my daughter showed up for her birthday.
Could’ve been a bit cleaner but wasn’t horrible, was not too happy about the water slide hours it should be opened Sundays as well at least and only 2 of the arcade games worked.

Daughter was happy
Pool was very cold, as was that whole room. Lime 65 degrees cold. Last time it was warm, but there was mould everywhere. I suspect they turned the heat down so they could lower the humidity and dont have to clean the mould as much.

We were with our 6 year old granddaughter. The pool, water slides and indoor playground are fantastic for kids. Think the water slides should have been open earlier on the weekend that started spring break.
We stayed for two nites. When we got back late evening on the second nite the room had not been cleaned/made-up. The conditioner and body wash containers were empty. The Kleenex dispenser only had 3-4 tissues in it.
