The hotel’s location was very convenient, especially because it was close to Point Pelee National Park, which was a big advantage for my family.

Unfortunately, my recent stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, the check-in process was extremely slow. Even though I was the next guest in line, it took over 15 minutes before I was assisted. The receptionist appeared very slow handling a simple check-in process, which was frustrating after arriving at the hotel. In addition, the shampoo in the room was empty, and I had to go down to the reception myself just to request a refill, which was inconvenient. Lastly, the Wi-Fi service was very poor. Although I was able to connect to the network, the internet was unusable because I could not browse properly. Advertising Wi-Fi service is meaningless if it does not function reliably.
