The location! Easy walk through a beautiful public park to the beach. Short drive to Point Pelee. The suite had everything we needed. Comfortable bed and other furniture.
The only slight negative is that suite 2 does not have the privacy and view that suite 1 has.

What a perfect location for a quiet getaway! Close to the beach and amenities and sights around Leamington and surrounding area. We loved everything about our cozy suite. Very clean. Comfortable bedroom and very well supplied kitchen. Host communication was amazing!

Beautiful setting, large rooms
Too cold, no way to make it warmer; not close to any store or restaurant.

Location was excellent. Close to ferry , Kingsville restaurants , the lake beautiful grounds.
We were disappointed we couldn't watch the Blue Jays We are used to a kinģ size bed even though we knew it was going to be a queen
