Bed was comfortable and shower was great. Lovely house.

Breakfast was disappointing. Fruit was not fresh and not a lot of choice. No cutlery to be found on the first morning. I contacted the host and cutlery was made available later that same day. I Wasn’t sure how to use the coffee station. There was a canister with a sign that read “hot water” - but the water was not hot. Road construction was going on along this road and it continued right up to the foot of our driveway. This was a surprise, as we were not given a heads up about this road disruption. Television was not hooked up to cable.

Beautiful old home with a common area for tea, coffee and breakfast, as well as a reading room with games. It was a great location, close it everything in Lemington and a short drive to Kingsville.

The bed was very firm and had flat pillows, we didn’t have the best sleep despite staying in the Joy room.

There was no access to water to make tea/ coffee when we arrived, nor enough cups , no snacks provided ( for the price we expected some cookies , chocolates, granola bars ,perhaps) Breakfast was very sparse , a few green bananas and tangerines ,, again not what we expected given price of stay . Only disposable dishes, cups , cutlery . We would have preferred to have our tea /coffee in real mugs/ cups , not paper disposable. Very disappointing considering that the previous owners of this beautiful property served a full hot breakfast , included in the same price It was cold in the sitting room , the electric fireplace did not work and we could not figure out how to turn up the heat . No one was available on site to help us with above issues until the next morning .
