VILLA VI TERRA GROUND FLOOR APARTMENT spans the entire floor on which it is located, providing the privacy. This is a brand new 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment with an open plan living space incorporating lounge/diner and kitchen suitable for sleeping up to 7 guests. The location will bring you the awaited privacy with a touch of coziness owed by aptly design interiors. The apartment has beautiful master bedrooms with King size bed, the other bedroom with three Single size beds and the last bedroom with Queen size bed.
The kitchen is a perfect place for family cooking providing you with all the necessary amenities that will surly help to save your time on preparing meals. Apartment is well equipped with commodities: washing machine, dishwasher, cooker with oven, kitchen hood, hover, toaster, kettle. The bathrooms are finished in marble. Even if you haven’t visited this part of Tuscany , you will certainly recognise its golden wheat fields punctuated by vineyards, olive groves and lofty cypress trees, as the backdrop to countless Renaissance frescos. The remote vale that stretches between the peak of Volterra and the etruscan coast. Situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany .
This is no Disney-fied version of Tuscany . This is one of the glimpses of our  land . In spring, the fields are intense green with yellow spots of flowers. In summer, they are gold and black due to different kinds of wheat. This is an enchanting place, it seems from another planet. A hidden gem situated among the villages , vineyards and golden hills of Tuscany. All these things give rise to a magical place full of charm.

This is partly due to the strict conservation rules but also a debt is owed to Tuscany Forever collaboration with artists, designers and craft mans. The landscape, history and local character were essential to our version for Tuscany Forever , as such , the aesthetic is crisp, clean and comfortable .An expression of human creativity and taste for beauty .Involved with great sensitivity to create the art and great esteem to restoration. Wooden beams, flagstones, marble were all sourced in Italy. Hand crafted cotto floor.

BEACHES 
In 35 minutes you will reach the nearest beaches ...
Etruscan coast, the sea is about 35 min. away and you can reach the beaches of Cecina, Marina di Bibbona, Donoratico, Castiglioncello and San Vincenzo. A line of the sea stretches from Livorno to Piombino - Castiglioncello, Quercianella, Rosignano, Vada, Cecina, Bibbona, Marina di Castagneto and San Vincenzo. Beaches of pale sand, like those at San Vincenzo and Baratti, alternate with the darker sands of Marina di Castagneto, Bibbona and Cecina, and wind-sculpted rocky shores where the water is deep and teeming with fish. Well-equipped marinas provide plenty of opportunities for yachting. Costa deli Etruschi with Populonia, Suvereto, Campiglia Marittima…

This lovely apartment is perfectly located for exploring Tuscany. It is just a 10 minute drive to the wonderful medieval hilltop city of Volterra, a historic Etruscan city which can be viewed from the apartment. The immediate countryside around the apartment is absolutely stunning at all times of the year. Short drives will take you to the renowned cities of San Gimignano and Siena. Of course one cannot miss out on the Leaning Tower at Pisa - just an hour away. The nearest beaches of Cecina and Bibbona are about 30 minute drive, but there are further beautiful beaches and seaside villages within comfortable day trips.
