La Stalla:
La Stalla is a large apartment (145 sqm) for up to 8 people. Architectural peculiarities are some exceptionally beautiful, well preserved crossbow corners. The apartment is a separate house with two floors. It has 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms with beds, a spacious kitchen with dining room, 2 shower baths and a guest toilet. Each living room has an open fireplace. Above is a panorama window with far reaching views of the beautiful landscape of the Era Valley and exit to the small terrace. The rustic cobbled patio serves as a large terrace. Furnishing and equipment are high quality and generous. There are & a. Satellite TV with international programs, stereo, Internet, heating and air conditioning. A washing machine is centrally located.
Podere Cortilla is a Tuscan winery, an ancient country house, located on a hillside near the ancient Etruscan town of Volterra in one of the most beautiful landscapes of Tuscany. In the country house there are five apartments with a total of about 20 beds. The property includes more than 20 acres of land with woods, meadows, fields, vineyards and olive groves. Podere Cortilla is an azienda agrituristica, which is a farm in which also apartments are rented. Here you get natural wine and the best olive oil from our own production - directly in the fattoria. Podere Cortilla has been lovingly restored over several years, combining the rustic medieval building with today's comfort. All apartments are generously sized and comfortably furnished in Tuscan style. They are located in separate buildings with separate entrances, so that you can live undisturbed. A highlight for all guests is the beautifully situated large pool (14m x 7m) with modern salt water system instead of chlorine. A central barbecue area invites you to summer meals in the open air. There is a powerful solar system for its own power supply on the spacious carport, also the hot water preparation is done with solar energy.
Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
