I would just say, it was very well organized, fully furnished apartment. Although it wasn’t mentioned earlier in description about kids utilities. The Suite was furnished with Baby-bed, child-stool, Nappy Bucket etc. It just made my life easier as I have one and half year young baby. It’s situated 20 Meters away from main road, so although very good location, it’s away from road noise. 10 Minutes walk to city centre and 5 minutes walk to Supermarket. Very friendly Hotel staff. Extra Points go to Breakfast. As per EU standards, there was everything. I would thank Hotel staff for providing free Entry in Müritz-Therme everyday, although it was only one day free entry, as per mentioned in Booking. I would surely stay there again and highly recommend it to everyone.

Rundum wohlgefühlt

Beim Frühstück war auch noch alles vorhanden obwohl wir nicht direkt um 8 Uhr sondern um 9:30 gefrühstückt haben. Es war eine schöne Auswahl und auch schön angerichtet. Die Mitarbeiterin im Frühstücksraum hat auch einmal alles erklärt wo man was findet.

Schönes Hotel im Abzügen im Preisleistungsverhältnis

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, was auf individuelle Bedürfnisse und Wünsche eingeht. Gutschein für die Ortsansässige Therme inklusive das Aufenthaltes.

Die Matratzen des Bettes waren sehr dünn und da durch unkomfortabel. Die Zimmerausstattung und das Badezimmer wirkten ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Preise für Frühstück und Parkplatz sind gemessen am hohen Übernachtungspreis ein wenig teuer. Es handelte sich hierbei um keine Kritik, sondern lediglich um Verbesserungsvorschläge zur Verbesserung der Servicequalität.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Sehr gepflegtes Haus - wir hatten als zwei Radfahrer eine FeWo, die aus zwei Räumen + Bad bestand. Es gibt einen großen Fahrradraum. Für das in der Nähe befindliche Wellnesbad gab es Freikarten.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Brötchenauswahl und Brotsorten,Kuchen,Rührei, Wurst-und Käseauswahl, Konfitüre , Saft, Obst, Kaffee .. - andere Kaffeegetränke bestellen. Das gesamte Personal und der Empfang waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Service im Frühstücksbereich gleichfalls. Auf der Terrasse bestand auch die Möglichkeit zu frühstücken. Unsere Kurzreise haben wir zu unserem Hochzeitstag gebucht( Personal hat unseren Tisch sehr schön gestaltet), war berührend. Dankeschön dafür. ;)) ;)) Trotzdem es „nur“ eine spontane Tour war, haben wir viel unternommen. Musikalisches mitgenommen. Musik an der Mühle(tolles Duo), Strandparty, unsere Räder genutzt und eine kleine Rundfahrt auf dem Wasser unternommen. Und natürlich Fisch in verschiedenen Restaurants gegessen. Super. Auf unserer Rückreise noch 2 Stopps in Rheinsberg und Lindow.

Das Personal war aufmerksam und überaus freundlich, schon vor der Anreise war ein sehr netter Kontakt vorhanden. Während des Frühstücks war das Personal sehr umsichtig und man hat sich sehr willkommen gefühlt.

Die viele Verpackung beim Frühstück ist vermeidbar.

Fine og lidt gamle værelser, men dyrt i forhold til kvalitet, morgenmad og ekstra for parkering

Vi blev opgraderet til et stort familieværelse, der var pænt og fint med køjesenge til børnene. Lidt slidt lejlighed dog. Hotellet så hyggeligt ud udefra, og man fik gratis billetter til lokale attraktioner, som vi dog ikke kunne nå at benytte, da vi var på vej hjem fra Italien. Hotellet var dejligt stille om aftenen.

Vi synes, det var alt for dyrt i forhold til vores behov og hotellets kvalitet, morgenmad og komfort. Vi har besøgt mange gode hoteller fx bare i år, og prisen her er pebret. Receptionen lukker tidligt, men man kan lave aftale med dem om nøgle i en kuvert. Derudover skulle vi betale ekstra for at få lov til at parkere på hotellets parkeringsplads, trods den høje værelsespris, og der var faktisk ingen p-pladser ledige, da vi kom lidt sent, så vi parkerede halvt op ad en skråning. Morgenmaden var fin nok, lidt ordinær og var placeret i en anden bygning, så vi måtte løbe ud i regnen. Personalet gik ind og ud af buffetlokalets smalle indgang, så alle stødte ind i dem hele tiden. Check out var kl. 10, hvilket er ved at være lidt umoderne, og selv om morgenmaden ellers var til kl. 11. Hotellet lod os dog blive lidt længere på værelset, hvilket var dejligt. Alt i alt et fint og lidt ældre hotel, men prisen virker for høj i forhold til, hvad man ellers kan få til samme kvalitet. Det er i hvert fald vores oplevelse, og vi kører sydpå hvert år.

Wir waren 4 Erwachsene in einer Suite auf der Durchreise für 1 Nacht. Hat alles super geklappt. Anreise nach 18h mit Türcode völlig unkompliziert. Alles sehr sauber.

Super, optimal für Familien und Fahrradreisende.

Das Frühstück war super in Geschmack und Auswahl. Das Schlafzimmer und das Bett sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett und die Nähe zur Therme toll. Da wir mit dem Fahrrad plus Kinderanhänger angereist sind, war die Fahrradgarage perfekt. So Eiters gibt es selten in Unterkünften.

Wir haben nichts zu beanstanden. Alles super.

Leider zu kurzer Aufenthalt!

Wir waren „nur“ auf der Durchreise, aber dennoch total begeistert. Die Zimmergröße, Ausstattung, Personal und Frühstück ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das nächste mal bleiben wir auf jeden Fall länger. Wir können die Ferienresidenz sehr empfehlen.

Wenn man nur lange genug sucht, findet man bestimmt was, wir aber nicht.

Zentral und kinderfreundlich

Gute Lage, Umgebung gut erreichbar, Apartment schön eingerichtet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstücksangebot reichlich und für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Fahrräder konnten wir auch vor Ort ausleihen. Im ganzen eine sehr kinderfreundliche Unterkunft

Unser Aufenthalt war enntspannt.

Das FRühstückspersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und mit Kindern und Hund ein sehr günstiger Ausgangspunkt. Toll auch die Therme in der Nähe. Die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war funktionell.

Der Preis vom Frühstück war mit 20,00 p.P zu teuer. Selbst im Hotel mit allem drum und dran ( SEkt, frische Eierkuchen, Eis) war das teuerste 16,00 Euro. Verwirrung hat der kostenlose Eintritt für 3 Personen in die Therme gestftet. >Ich wollte nur in die Sauna, musste trotzdem 8,00 Euro bezahlen. Im Bad habe ich einen Schminkspiegel , ein Abstellregal in der Dusche und Pfeffer und Salz in der Küche vermisst.

Das Frühstück war sehr gut und das Personal sehr freundlich!! Man kann zu Fuß schnell die Innenstadt und den Hafen erreichen. Mit den qualitativ sehr guten Leihrädern kann man wunderschöne Radtouren unternehmen.

Hier kann man sich richtig entspannen, erholen und abschalten.

Hotel ist in ruhiger Lage dennoch nicht abgeschieden. Das Freizeitbad ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar und täglich kostenlos nutzbar. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das ganze Personal ist sehr freundlich!!!!!
