Great location, nice cosy hotel. The man at the reception was very kind, the lake view is fantastic. clean.

Beds were not comfortable at all. Price was too high for the room which was pretty small and not renovated. No elevator so not easy with luggage.

Gute Lage, das Restaurant und das Personal waren sehr freundlich.

Das Inventar des Zimmers, vor allem die Betten/ Matratzen waren abgewohnt. Nur eine Rolle Toilettenpapier, sowie kein Zimmerservice/ Reinigung. Brötchen auf Zuteilung und Samstag Abend eine laute Familienfeier im Restaurant.

Idyllischer Ort als Zwischenstop

Die Begrüßung war sehr nett, hilfsbereit wurde mein Gepäck die Treppe hoch getragen. Essen im Restaurant wunderbar und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet, bequemes Bett. Vielen Dank dass ich etwas länger im Zimmer bleiben durfte.

Die Teppiche gehören ausgewechselt, sonst alles tiptop sauber.

Schmutzig und in die Jahre gekommen

Die Lage.

Zimmer total unsauber und heruntergekommen. Absolut schlechtes Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Es riecht im gesamten Hotel nach Pommesfett. Der Frühstück überteuert und minimalistisch. Würden wir nie wieder buchen! Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich absolut nicht nachvollziehen. Wir hatten eine „Familiensuite“. Schon ziemlich unmöglich, ein Zimmer so zu bezeichnen, in dem es nicht einmal für jeden ein vernünftiges Bett gibt.

Besonders gefallen hat uns die Lage am See, und das hervorragende Restaurant.

Hotelzimmer sind nicht die modernsten, aber wenn man nur dort schlafen möchte völlig inordung. Bad ist etwas klein und die duschen sind nicht die schönsten.

Fast perfekt mit kleinen Abstrichen die aber zu verschmerzen sind

Die Lage ist perfekt, das Personal sehr freundlich und die Küche ist einfach klasse. Frühstück auf der schönen Terrasse direkt am Wasser war einfach ein Traum. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer genial.

Fernseher ging nicht, im gesamten Treppenhaus riecht es nach Essen.

Parken auf öffentlichen Parkplatz. Ohne vorherige Information 10 Euro kassiert. Auf die Kurtaxe für Geschäftstermine geht garnicht.

Eine super Entscheidung für Dieses Hotel!!!!

Ein sehr, sehr schönes Hotel in traumhafter Lage mit perfektem Service. Wir waren bisher immer im Hotspot Waren mit seiner quirligen Hafenmeile. Wir haben aber gemerkt das Röbel als ruhiger Ausgangspunkte besser geeignet ist und mit dem Fahrrad sind es ja auch nur ca 20 km. Wir freuen uns da wir dieses Hotel kennen konnten und werden sicherlich wieder kommen!!!!

Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu beanstanden gibt sind das die sehr weichen Betten..,aber das ist wirklich meckern auf hohem Niveau denn da hat jeder Gast seine persönliche Vorliebe.

Für uns erschwerlich wegen Rollator. Ansonsten OK

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage direkt am Wasser mit der großen Terrasse hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Servicepersonal für die Zimmer war mangelhaft.

Für ältere gehbehinderte Gäste ungeeignet, da viele Stufen in der Gaststätte und im Haus, kein Aufzug vorhanden. Das Be- und Entladen des PKW im Hotelbereich nicht möglich. kein Kofferservice.

Das Hotel hat eine wunderschöne Lage.Direkt am Wasser.Zimmer mit Blick auf die Müritz.Sehr gute Küche. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich freundlich und sehr aufmerksam. Abschließbare Fahrrad Box. Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche gehabt.Wir sind rundum zufrieden gewesen.

Schöner Kurzurlaub.

Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Müritz in der Nähe des Hafens. Der Blick aus dem Fenster ist einzigartig schön auf den See, die Altstadt und den Hafen. Sehr nettes Personal.

nette Unterkunft - für eine Nacht OK

Personal war freundlich, Zimmer sauber, zentrale Lage und endlich mal vernünftiger Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Fahrradbox, die nachts abgeschlossen wird, wenn man mit Fahrrad unterwegs ist.

wurde freundlich genötigt, 4(!) Euro Kurtaxe für eine Person und Übernachtung mit Karte zu zahlen "damit das besser abgerechnet werden kann"- - naja ... Parkplätze werden übrigens gleich mit 5,- / Tag berechnet - traf bei mir nicht zu, da mit Fahrrad. Frühstück zu teuer, aber gegenüber gibts EDEKA mit Bäcker, ALDI & Co. so daß man sich bequem dort versorgen kann. Zimmer zur Strasse und man ist überrascht, wieviel Autos auch nachts noch "durch´s Zimmer fahren" - also ggf. Ohropax mitnehmen oder Fenster zu.

Sehr schön gelegen, direkt an der Müritz. Leider kein Telefon im Zimmer. Uns war es zu dunkel im Zimmer und das Licht änderte auch nicht viel daran.
