Very good

We had a private emergency and despite planning to spend three nights in the hotel, we had to go home after one night. The hotel manager paid us back money for the two remaining nights even if we did not ask for it. The sfatt was very helpful and their behaviour was perfect. We really appreciated that.

Booking.com kann sich noch verbessern

Leider hat booking.com ein Delux-Zimmer versprochen und im Hotel wurde nur ein (sehr bescheidenes) Standardzimmer vergeben. War das Etikettenschwindel? Bei der Buchung wurde außerdem nicht darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass zu Silvester ein Arangement (80,00 € pro Person)nach zu buchen ist wegen der Abend-Veranstaltung. Wenn die Buchung durch uns nicht angenommen worden wäre, wäre eine Verpflegung am Silvesterabend a la Karte nicht möglich gewesen.

Uns hat unsere kleine Auszeit sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gute Lage. Konnten zu Fuß bis nach Röbel laufen. Schöne Strecke an den Feldern entlang, an einigen Stellen mit Blick auf die Müritz. Aber nächstes Mal geht es auf die Fahrräder. Das ist entspannter. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, auch das wir zum Abendessen im Hause bleiben konnten. Konnten uns nach einem kalten verregneten Herbsttag, in der Sauna wieder aufwärmen. Sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal.

Optisch schönes Haus. Gut, wenn man Fahrrad fahren will. Freundliches Personal.

Die Möbel im Zimmer (dunkelgrün) waren an vielen Stellen abgestoßen. Das Frühstück war spärlich. Wer spät kam, hatte keine Auswahl mehr. Es wurde kaum nachgelegt. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte nicht.

Zi. 217, sollte ein Famielenzimmer sein, war auf dieser Etage das kleinste nach dem Fluchtwegsplan zu erkennen. War verwohnt, Teppich fleckig, Tisch mit Wasserflecken-nicht gepflegt, Aussicht zum Parkplatz, im Bad Abfluss Waschbecken undicht, Lüfter funktionierte nicht.

Ein wunderschön gelegenes Landhotel an schöner, ruhiger und grosszügiger Lage mit ausgesprochen freundlichem und zuvorkommendem Personal und einer hervorragenden Küche! Gutes, reichliches und leckeres Frühstück. Sichere und abschliessbare Garage für die Fahrräder. Exzellentes Preis - Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ein rundum guter Ort!

Wir werden wieder kommen

Ein reizendes Landhotel mit sehr großen Zimmern im Landhausstil, sehr nette Mitarbeiter, das Frühstück hatte alles, was es braucht, wir kommen gern wieder. PS.: wir hatten dummerweise etwas im Bad vergessen. Als wir es am nächsten Tag bemerkten und anriefen, war das Vergessene schon gefunden und für den Postversand verpackt - grandios! Großes Lob dafür.

Nie wieder Grüner Baum

Der Außenbereich

Wir hatten ein Komfort Doppelzimmer gebucht für zwei erwachsene und zwei Kinder 16 Jahre und 1 Jahr Katastrophe alle in einen Zimmer . Das (Bett) für mein 16 jähriges Kind war ein schmaler Sofa Sessel der nach vorne zum ausklappen ging . Das Frühstück unfassbar Brötchen Knochen hart und aufgebacken Obst aus der Konserve Wurst das günstige vom günstigen . Es war die reinste Katastrophe wir haben für zwei Nächte mit Frühstück 400 Euro bezahlt das steht nicht im Verhältnis für die Zimmer und das Frühstück service versteht kaum deutsch . Ich fahre seit über 20 Jahren in die gegen aber so schlecht wie das war hatte ich es noch nie .

Ein Hotel das man mit ruhigem Gewissen empfehlen kann, wir kommen jedenfalls wieder.

Super nettes Personal, Sauberkeit, große Zimmer, Parkplatz, Gaststätte (Essen super), Freizeitmöglichkeiten im Haus (Kegeln, Bowling, Sauna).

Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, hätte aber auch noch Luft nach oben (z.B. Rührei / Spiegelei,.. wäre nicht schlecht).

Ein guter Ort für einen Kurztripp an die Müritz.

Die Lage ist der Pluspunkt, ein ruhiges Dorf, nah an der Müritz. Hervorzuheben die sehr gute Betreuung durch die blonde Mitarbeiterin, Namen nicht erfragt….Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, gute Spaziergänge möglich, Fahrradfahren sicher auch..

Bis auf die Qualität des Frühstückskaffees alles in Ordnung.

Zimmer großzügig und gut ausgestattet

Frühstück mittelmäßig Buffet sah ständig abgegessen und sehr leer aus, hat für die Menge der Gäste keine freie Wahl gelassen Nur eine Brot- bzw. Brötchensorte Fehlender Service, zu wenig eingedeckte Plätze für das voll belegte Haus Restaurant und damit Ausschank wurde während des Aufenthaltes geschlossen

Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend, wobei uns Valentin am besten gefiel. Die Öffnungszeit des Lokals um 12:00 Uhr hat uns auch gefallen. Man konnte sich auf dem gesamten Grundstück bewegen wie Zuhause.

Eine tolle Zeit für Leute, die in einer guten Lage für einen fairen Preis ein gut ausgestattetes Hotel bekommen.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Kegelbahn, das Restaurant hat echt klasse! Access Point war mitten im Zimmer 👍🏼 Fußbodenheizung im Bad Tolle und ausreichende Stellplätze für Autos Sehr sauber und ordentlich

Frühstück war ein bisschen knapp, aber trotzdem tolle Räumlichkeiten und es war ausreichend.
