We were welcomed warmly by Shinobu and her husband who quickly showed us around and gave us some welcome cookies which was so lovely! They went out of their way to help accommodate our needs with an early check in which was hugely appreciated. The house is very spacious, great location, has everything you need and a great balcony area to sit outside in the evening.

Packed with all the comfort and very close to the Taisho train station, it the perfect spot for a family that is willing to use the apartment as a base for exploring the city. The theme is amazing! If you look closer, you will discover more and more minions throughout the apartment!

The minion themed room and the top balcony which are pictured, are all about what represents this accomodation. The bathrooms and living areas feel souless and the place feels run down. If you are used to the Air BnB vibe, it could be fine for you. We are used to staying in hotels, which I think we definitely prefer. This place is local to a 7/11 and some eateries, but quite far from town.
There are 3 flights of stairs to navigate. If you have many bags, and others guests are leaving their rubbish bags and belongings in the middle on the stairwell, it makes it a tricky spot to get through. My children were scared of the entrance, the wallpaper was dark and gloomy.
