Great location. They were able to meet me for early check in at 11am. They also offered to extend my stay if I wanted. It was great!

The gate wont let you past without a room number, so if you are just arriving and trying to check in, you have to do it by phone and text. The gate area is a dead zone for cell service and they wont let you use wifi, it took me 30 minutes just to get past the gate. I was asked to front a 2000bht deposit that is listed nowhere in the description of my booking ad but they wont give you the room key until you do. In the room there are peices of the door jamb missing near the old lock where it was at some point kicked in, theres water damage on the ceiling of the bathroom, and the vertical blinds are missing half the panels so you cant make it dark during the day. A few hours after check in, there were human feces in the elevator room that someone had stepped in and tracked all over the lobby area. I have been traveling around SE Asia for 3 months now and this has by far been my worst experience with where I have stayed.
