    Nice little, bare bones hotel, but for the price it's nice.

    This is a great family run choice if on a budget. The location is excellent, central to everything but at the end of a Soi. Convenient to Villa Market via the parking lot secret ladder and a good laundry service just outside the hotel. The rooms are very comfortable with both aircon and fan. There are no hotel facilities but the rooms feature really great private balconies, the area is very quiet during the day. At night there can be bit of music coming across, during a recent stay it was not loud. The front desk lady is very nice but has limited English. At night they lock the front, but can be accessed by room key card. The cleaning ladies do a great job.
