    I enjoyed my stay at Edge Central Residence. The room was clean and comfortable, the hot water worked perfectly, and the building was well maintained. The location is great, close to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. The staff was polite and helpful, and the overall experience was smooth and relaxing. The view from the property was a nice bonus. Overall, it was a great stay and good value for the price. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Pattaya.

    We chose to stay here thinking it would be just as neat and cozy as in the photos. We decided that staying in a condo right in the city center would be better than a hotel, especially since the price difference wasn’t significant. Unfortunately, we deeply regretted this decision. The condo has a huge number of people renting units through Airbnb and other booking platforms. There are massive queues for the elevators – often 10–15 people waiting just to get in. The elevator ride itself can take 20 minutes because it stops on almost every floor. Elevators are constantly overcrowded and packed with people, many of whom appear to be drunk or behave questionably. The rooms are very small and clearly worn out from heavy daily use by different guests. There are no bathroom amenities at all – no toiletries, no disposable slippers, nothing. Sleeping was uncomfortable, and to make things worse, the air conditioner was extremely noisy and rattled all night. Because of this experience, I strongly recommend choosing a proper hotel for this price. You’ll get decent service, included breakfast, proper amenities, and a much more comfortable stay. This condo is absolutely not worth it. Don’t be fooled by the location or the photos.

    The bed was super comfy and the location’s spot on — just a 5-minute stroll to Beach Road, couldn’t be easier. The phone butler service was quick and really handy too. All up, a great stay and I’d definitely come back next time!
