    Have stayed here many many times, but never again. The front desk staff especially the lady cannot or will not assist with simple requests, all the large rooms have plumbing issuses with the shower drain backing up and flooding the bathroom. When I informed said lady, she said all these rooms do the same just wait the water will go. After much back and forth we changed to the smaller room, when pulling back the covers on the old and worn bed the sheet was covered in blood stains. Again no help from reception. No apology or attempt to fix the issue. The hotel was once clean and maintained at a high standard but since the new owners/ management has taken over there seems to be a lack of interest in maintaining this hotel to a satisfactory standard. Once this was one of our first choice hotels to now never again will we set foot here again.

    Good place, clean, great location and still quiet. Good airco, good water pressure and kind Myanmar girl at the reception. No drinking glasses and no shower gel.

    One hour before at 11Am on check out day we went to receptionist her name is MOI to request her extra 30 mins for check out time as our check out time is 12 pm.. she was roudly responded us and said will call police if we wake after 12 Pm. Which made us panic and did checkout one min before 12 pm. Pay 100O rupees more and choose better hotel. No need to risk and fight with police and hotel people..
