    The hotel is in a really good location and although the area is very busy the rooms are quiet. Facilities are in line with the star rating and the rooms are in good condition and clean. Breakfast is a set menu with options of American, English and Thai with self service cereal fruit and bread. In all a good value for money place to stay

    Location is great and room new, remodeled and clean. Big balcony with 2 chairs and table the perfect place for morning coffee. Staff friendly. The only issue was that even though the towels were worn, edges frayed, and needing replacement long ago. They charged me 200b for a stain on a bath towel. I disagreed but did not make a fuss, as it gets you nowhere in Thailand. I will stay here again and reccomend.

    I stayed here several times in the past due to the location and decent rooms and balconies. It was refurbished after Covid and the prices increased significantly so hadn't used it for a few years. I got a decent price again this trip so tried it again. My stay didn't start well as the only lift was out of order and my room was on the 5th floor. It was restored within 24 hours but was still a major inconvenience. The place had been nicely refurbished and the large rooms were well maintained. The bathroom was very large and the shower had decent pressure and good hot water. There are 10 floors in the hotel and only one lift which always seemed very slow. Waiting around for the lift could be very tedious, especially when the rooms were being cleaned and the staff using them to move floors. I didn't really have much interaction with the front desk staff but the cleaners were pleasant and friendly. The laundry service is the same price as all the local places and is returned to your room the same day if left early enough which is really convenient.

    I have stayed at this hotel twice before due the it being in possibly the best location to get around in Central Pattaya. Recently renovated, so rooms feel a bit more modern, and a restaurant has been added. The food I had was decent and reasonably priced. Room service was fantastic, the staff was friendly, and check in and out was a breeze. The pool was nice, clean, and shaded in the afternoons. Unfortunately, the other reviews here are correct on the negatives. Tiny ants in the room (I only saw them on the white bathroom floor-towel). No overhead fan in the bathroom (just a window with no screen). Bad plumbing/ shower (constantly either too hot or too cold; shower pressure weak). Aircon didn't work well. Sewage smell from shower drain. Upstairs hall carpets are in terrible shape, despite the recent renovations. Other small nitpicky things as well, but those are the big ones. No shade to the employees, they were great and accommodating, but due to the state of this hotel's rooms after its renovations, and with so many other quality options nearby, I can't really recommend this hotel for the price.
