About this villa rental
A third stand-alone double/twin bedroom with its own bathroom and shower (it is a dependance named Torara) is available and can be combined with the house (ON DEMAND).
Lovely independent villa in Elba Island, on the coast between Marciana Marina and S.Andrea, just in the middle of Tuscany Islands National Park, in a quiet and charming place with enchanting sea lookout (sea view from terraces and all bedrooms windows). Equipped with large roofing terraces, tables, cradles and barbecue for an agreeable outdoor life the villa is fully furnished and accurately maintained.
Disposed on two floors it is composed by a large living room with sofa, ample and perfectly equipped open-plan kitchen and dinner area, two double/twin bedrooms and two bathrooms. An additional separated double/twin bedroom with its own bathroom and shower (it is a separate entrance dependance, 2 meters from the house) can be combined with the main house making a 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms accomodation, perfect for large groups or guest looking for a comfortable accomodation. The dependance (named Torara) is just on demand.
All the bedrooms (dependance included) have an enchanting and full seaview. The location is the ideal starting point for beach and sea life but also for charming trekking through forests, valley and mountains of Elba Island Natural Park, and for visiting medieval villages in the area. Quality of your stay will be guaranteed by comfortable accommodation and wonderful seaview over a magnificent blue sea.

Beautiful location in a natural and quiet environment, with a superb sea view. We appreciated that the house is located right on a crossroads of ancient paths, so you can start directly from the house and, passing through woods and countryside, walking you can reach on foot all the places in the surrounding area, as well as the beautiful bays of the coast below, reachable only on foot. We particularly appreciated the path of perfumes, which leads to Marciana Marina. Not to mention the short but beautiful path that goes down to La Cala, the main beach below the houses, which passes through ancient terraces, woods and streams. All strictly on foot and directly from the house. For us who love walking in nature it was a paradise. The house is cozy but very functional, with beautiful outdoor terraces. The sea view is magnificent both from the terraces and from all the windows of the house, including the bedrooms. The kitchen is new, as is the sofa and the mattresses, very comfortable. The style of the house and its paintings are very tasteful, I who own an art gallery I really appreciated it. My husband instead appreciated more the large stone barbecue that he enjoyed making work with the wood found along our paths. Despite the season we also managed to take a beautiful swim in La Cala with mask and fins, and I must say that I had never seen such a beautiful seabed. We will definitely return next year for a more summery and sea holidays.

We can confirm that the house is much better than what photo show, as well as its extraordinary views. We love the sea and in fact what we mostly appreciated is the fact that the sea can be seen from every terrace but also from every window of the house (bathroom included). We will definitely be back in the fall.

We loved our stay in Casa Sant'Anna: ravishing seaview (with sunset !), extremely quiet, great outdoors. Higly recommended.

Short early autumn family break. Place and house were the perfect choice. Perfectly cleaned and very well mantained house with lot of external private areas and terraces, terrific seaview everywhere, extreme quietness and a strategic position to numerous paths through forests and hills around. Starting from the house we explored surroundings and well, it is a delightful, incredibly natural place (difficult to fully describe it in words). We also took numerous baths at La Cala, the magniificent bay on the coast below the house. We can say the combination between excellent accomodation and magnificent place was what we could find better. for our break. Summarizing our expereience we can easily say this is a real special accomodation, lucky thouse who are lucky enough to stay in.
