Apartment wisely renovated maintaining the warmth and characteristics of the past but with modern comforts.
Located on the second floor of an 18th century building, 400 m from the beach in front of the town and the center of Marciana Marina.
Composed of: large living-dining room with american kitchen and double sofa bed, double bedroom, twin bedroom, bathroom.
Shared with another apartment, on the ground floor, possibility to eat outside in a large square with wood oven and barbecue.
Comforts: dishwasher, washing machine for common use located in a room on the ground floor, Wi-Fi, heating.
The apartment does not have a reserved parking space but from 100 meters away there are several free public parking lots, up to a maximum of 350 meters where there is a large parking lot.
From the apartment, you can reach the village and the beach via a characteristic pedestrian alley without having to be careful of traffic.

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen . Mit fantastischen Ausblick auf Monte capane und tw. Dem Meer. In einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Fussläufig ist der Ortskern und der Strand zu erreichen. der Ort Marciana Marina bietet alles wenn man entspannt und ohne Parygetummel Urlaub machen möchte. Das Haus ist sehr sauber gewesen. Sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Eine Garderobe und ein Toaster würden die Ausstattung sehr gut ergänzen. Ein Gasherd ist vorhanden und war für mich relativ ungewohnt. Die Warmwasserheizung ließ sich schwer regulieren aber bei heißen Temperaturen auch kein Problem. Private Parkplätze sind nicht vorhanden. Wir konnten trotzdem relativ Wohnort nah parken. Ich würde die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und noch mal buchen.

wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die FeWo ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Absolut begeistert sind wir von der tollen Lage (10 Minuten zur Promenade, zum Strand, zum Hafen) am Rand des historischen Ortes mit den tollen schmalen, verwinkelten Gassen mit Blick auf das Meer. Marciana Marina ist ein lebendiger Ort mit viel Flair. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!!

Het appartement is niet heel groot, maar heeft alles. Het uitzicht uit op de bergen, de stad en zelfs de zee, waren elke ochtend feestje. De boulevard is een paar minuten lopen en onze kinderen (9 en 11) konden zelf naar het strand.
Marciana Marina heeft alle voorzieningen, en oogt door het ontbreken van grote, moderne hotels iets authentieker dan sommige andere stadjes op het eiland.
Het contact met de beheerder (die onder het appartement woont) verliep heel soepel. Via het agentschap werden ook onze boottickets geregeld.

Appartamento bello e luminoso, ben attrezzato e in buona posizione rispetto al centro di Marciana Marina. Difficoltà nel contattare il proprietario che non ha risposto ai messaggi per il check-in. Nessuna informazione sull'uso di servizi accessori (lavatrice, barbecue), che infatti non siamo riusciti ad utilizzare .
A parte questi inconvenienti ci siamo trovati bene
