Alright for the price

Location

Room had no windows, was smelly, you could hear the other guests, it was on a third floor with no elevator, the receptionist was a grumpy lady.

wi-fi was very patchy. window didn’t open to outside only to courtyard type area. no lift which was irritating as we stayed on the third floor.

Well located.

The receptionist was horribly rude and unfriendly. There was no porter and we had to lug our cases up two flights of stairs, when there were perfectly nice empty rooms on the first floor. We had three rooms, none with windows, one with a leaky a/c, one with noisy plumbing and smelly drains, one with a blocked basin. We asked to be changed to the much nicer rooms with windows and were told they were expecting a large group. We never saw another guest in the hotel. We had booked rooms with breakfast included and when we asked where the restaurant was, we were informed there wasn't breakfast, just a "coffee break".

We have chosen this place due to.location and nice looking photos of the rooms - unfortunately this is misleading - since they gave us ompletely different rooms than advertized. They were much worse of course. So we cancelled the stay.

Rooms provided are not the ones from the offer - no windows, no high wooden ceiling, smell of mold. Terrible, we could not accept that and needed to resign. No help.from the Staff to solve the problem. Staff not speaking English. Lot of time lost due this misleading offer. Be careful.

The room was much smaller than in the pictures. There was no ventilation in the room as it didn't have windows. I requested a room in the lower floors as I was going with a person with disability and they refuse to change. There is no lift and the room was in the third floor

Room was very nice and clean. Good modern bathroom. Staff were nice and happy to store our bags for a few hours after check out.

Breakfast not included as stated when booking - it's only a small pastry and jug of coffee and juice set up in the lobby. This should be clearer. No way to ventilate the room without opening the door, which meant it got very hot at night as we did not have Aircon. No drinking water available for guests.

Great location but poor customer service from Zoila Martinez! We will not return to this hotel!

We liked the location of the hotel, as it was located in the center of the historic district. We value of the hotel was also a big plus for our stay at this hotel. We also consider the free parking option as one of main reasons for our stay but it was not awarded when we registered at the hotel.

Unfortunately, the Hotel Receptionist by the name of Zoila Martinez was very arrogant, despot and was not accommodating to our requests. She failed to provide us with an accommodating experience by not coordinating amenities and responding to our needs. At the time of checking, Zoila denied access to our free parking amenity that was included in the hotel when I made my reservation and said that the oversized vehicle we were traveling in did not meet the parking regularity. She failed to direct us to another location where we could park the vehicle overnight (pension). This "free parking" false advertisement cost us an additional $260 MN for parking at a location that was 6 blocks away from the hotel. We checked out of our rooms prior the the check-out time and asked Antonio, the morning Hotel Receptionist if we could leave our luggage at the reception area for a couple of hours as we sightsee the city. Antonio was very accommodating and treated us with kindness, respect and was very friendly, unlike Zoila who was very difficult person to work with. When we return to the hotel to pick up our luggage, several children in our group needed to use the restroom. My wife asked Zoila if we could use the restroom and she denied the use of the restroom. She said that the restroom was not available for our use because we where no longer guest at this hotel. Zoila was very argumentative with me when I asked for the remaining two backpacks, she was not willing to give me the backpacks because they were not with the rest of the luggage even though I describe to her both backpacks. We left the hotel very disappointed and upset with the Zoila's lack of good service and Zoila's unprofessionalism and rudeness. If you select this hotel as your stay in Puebla, please be advised that Zoila might make your stay an unpleasant experience.

Loved the proximity to centro. Loved that it had free parking. Price was good for location.

No bottled water for our 6 day stay. There were 3 of us and had to ask everyday for a third bath towel. No bath mat unless you asked. AC made a lot of noise. Had to leave an ID to get AC remote.

Convenient location, centrally located in the city center. The staff were very friendly and the room, while small, met our expectations. The hotel was very clean.

The free breakfast was just a small stand in the lobby with coffee and some breads. The room had a ceiling fan, but it was either on or off with no way to reduce the speed from very high.
