Summary:
A balcony all to yourselves on the street leading to Levanto's station, for morning coffee watching the village wake up: that's Libeccio. A small welcome gift for your arrival: croissants, biscuits, jam, tea and coffee, left in the kitchen for your first morning. 20 sqm, second floor with lift, for 2 guests.
The Space:
The room is part of Isabella Boutique Rooms — 1 studio, Maestrale, and 2 rooms, Scirocco and Libeccio — all with private bathrooms, in the same flat, combinable for larger groups. The standout feature is the private balcony furnished with table and chairs, overlooking Levanto's main street leading straight to the station — the ideal spot for morning coffee or soaking up the village's lively atmosphere. Modern, functional private bathroom with shower. No kitchen, but a mini-fridge is available.
Guest Access:
Second floor with lift. Guests aged 14 and over.
The Neighborhood:
Train station 350 metres away (2 minutes' walk), beaches 600 metres (8 minutes), historic centre 400 metres (6 minutes). Levanto is connected by train to all five Cinque Terre villages.
Getting Around:
Drivers will find public car parks nearby.
Other Things to Note:
We leave a few breakfast basics in the kitchen for your first morning (croissants, biscuits, jam, tea, coffee, portioned powdered milk, sugar); where a kitchen is available, also our award-winning extra virgin olive oil from a local producer whose mill and honey production can be visited on one of our experiences, plus salt and washing-up liquid, and washing machine/dishwasher pods where fitted. Bed and bath linen included, with shower gel, conditioner, body wash and hand soap. Professional cleaning throughout. Guests must be aged 14 or over.
Pets not allowed.
Our concierge office in Vernazza is open 9:30am-7:00pm from 1 March to 31 October; outside this period the office is closed, with presence available on request. We're always happy to welcome guests staying in any of the other villages too, whether for a quick hello or for advice on local experiences and activities.

Check-in handled remotely by the Cinque Terre Riviera team. Self check-in from 3:00pm to 10:00pm with emailed instructions; phone assistance 7:30pm–10:00pm carries a €50 supplement.
