Very Welcoming Stay

The staff were extremely nice and very knowledgeable. All their recommendations for activities during the day and dinner reservations at night were spot on. Being located right in the center of town was wonderful and easy to get around. The rooms were very clean and newly renovated. If you are staying in the town, I would recommend. Given it is an older property and we booked late, our room was rather small but it was manageable.

Buffet-style breakfast was good quality and offered plenty of choice. Excellent coffee! Room, was spacious, interesting and had very good bathroom. Good aircon. Location, convenient for beach and all restaurants, shops and places of interest.Very helpful staff.

More hot/warm food options would have been nice at breakfast. EG Scrambled eggs. Also no communal chilling/relaxing area. No hotel bar. But these were minor gripes.

Not cheap, but worth the extra cost and the best place we've stayed in Levanto after many visits.

The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet with an incredible ceiling fresco. The staff, especially Elisa, were very helpful, in particular offering to reserve restaurants for us. The breakfast was generous and delicious.

We were woken each morning by the sound of breakfast being prepared. Perhaps our door could be better soundproofed or a thick curtain hung behind it. The orange juice was watery.

The beautiful rooms with the contrast between classic and modern. The location close to restaurants, the beach and not far from the train station. Excellent breakfast.

Excelent family horel with warm hospitality, cosy rooms and good breakfast

The owners are great so is all the team! the rooms are excellent, breakfast is very tasty and the service is really superb There was a strike incl most of the trains so the owners helped us a lot with the plan B including their friends drive to the different city.. We really loved every minute

Great stay

Nice and clean. The staff was helpful and smiling. It had a good location, close to everything in Levanto. The breakfast was good, small luxury when the staff came with freshly brewed coffee at your taste. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

A wonderful 4 nights stay at the Hotel Palazzo Vannoni.

Excellent location in the heart of town very close to all the shops and wonderful restaurants. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff Alberto Eliza and Francesca were all very helpful with questions and organizing activities. I recommend this place and would stay here again.

Going to Levanto - stay here

Liked the position, a walk to most places in Levanto. Breakfast was fantastic and would please everyone with plenty of options. Rooms were much nicer then the photos online. The room we had was newly updated. Could not fault this accommodation if you are going to Levanto.

Flight of stairs before entering the hotel but this is most places in Italy. Don't be discouraged hotel is definitely worth it.

Fabulous.

Alberto is a super host! A former BMW motorcycle racer, his enthusiasm and conviviality made are stay pleasant and easy- He is a great resource for the Cinque Terre area and local restaurants recommendations. He even made are dinner reservations for us - we can’t say enough about him and his wonderful staff. We wouldn’t hesitate to go back-

1. No elevator but soon to be installed 2. Second floor rooms had low floor level windows. 3. Although you can hang out in the dining room,there is not a couch lobby for sitting.

Friendliness of staff and hotel location were highlights.

Our room was at the top of 3 flights of stairs and was difficult to access with heavy luggage. The room also had very small windows and poor ventilation. The air-conditioning system didn't work for most of our stay, although the manager fixed this for our last day.

Amazing staff in a beautiful location

Wonderful kind staff who go out of their way to ensure you have a fabulous trip. Its in the heart of Levanto and close to everything. Very laid back feel to the town if you want to relax and enjoy the coast. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful and my kids thought it was so special.

We didn’t have any spectacular views but the location was still wonderful.

Perfect Place for Visiting Cinque Terre

Beautiful place with great staff! So much attention to detail and willing to help with whatever you might need. Alberto and Francesca were both amazing. The breakfast was delicious. Very close to a lot of restaurants and about an 8 minute walk to the train station.

A great stay in a boutique hotel just outside the busy cinque terre.

Friendly small hotel in the centre of town. Reception staff made dining recommendations for us and booked the restaurants. The best breakfast croissants I’ve ever tasted alongside other delicacies. Amazing fresco on the ceiling of our room.

Distance from the station was a 20 minute walk, not the 5 minutes advertised. The hotel was located upstairs with no lift for heavy luggage.

Fabulous accommodation in a lovely town

Alberto was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent and the rooms modern and very clean. Breakfast was exceptional with a very wide range of choices for a continental breakfast.

Currently no lift to get cases up the stairs - but this is being rectified
