This apartment was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes from the beach and about 15 mins from the train station. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The rooftop terrace was incredible!

The major drawback for us was the lack of blinds or curtains in the bedroom. Once the sun is up, you’re awake. And in the summer that’s 530-6 am which was really not fun at all and we found extremely frustrating. We loved staying there but slept extremely poorly. An eye mask only helps so much. Just put black out curtains up. Additionally, two other things. One, most people are booking this accommodation to relax, not sort garbage. If you want the garbage sorted, leave different bins for the different items and have the cleaner take out the garbage. Not something anyone wants to think about while on vacation. Lastly, the staff were impossible to get a hold of. I tried messaging on the booking platform and emailing them and received no response at any point. I was trying to clarify some information regarding check in. So that was also very frustrating. We couldn’t call as again we are on vacation. Their reception hours are also extremely limited and if you need help after hours it’s just a phone number to call… Maybe at the very least you can set up a WhatsApp chat with your guests to ensure smooth communication at all times.

Top Lage, viel Platz, kühle Schlafräume, gut ausgestattete Bäder. Die Wohnanlage will super sicher, man fühlt sich sehr gut aufgehoben und sicher. Es gab entgegen der Beschreibung doch eine Waschmaschine, war sehr gut war. Man ist fußläufig praktisch sofort in der stadt, und hat trotzdem Ruhe vor der Stadt. Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr freundlich. Es gibt sowohl einen Bezahl- als auch einen freien Strand mit diversen Angeboten und auch einer Süßwasserdusche. Der Sand ist dunkel, wer also über die Mittagszeit liegen möchte braucht unbedingt Schuhe (heißer Sand!) und einen Sonnenschirm/Sonnenschutz, es gibt keinen natürlichen Schattenspender vor Ort. Der Ort selber ist auch ein super Startpunkt für Wanderungen. Fahrten zu den Orten der 5terre inkl. La Spezia sind am besten per Zug, das Ticket kosten zwischen allen Orten 5€ p. P. und die Züge fahren alle 20 Minuten. Parken und fahren in und zu den Orten mit dem Auto ist mMn nicht zu empfehlen.

Kein W-Lan, Parkplatzsituation nicht eindeutig beschrieben und schwer, Klimaanlagen bei +30 Grad defekt (ist aber eine Haustechnik für das ganze Haus, die zur Mitte hin notdürftig repariert wurde. Schlechter Kontakt zum Vermieterbüro, trotz mehrmaligem Kontaktversuch als italienisch Muttersprachler mit Fragen zur Unterkunft kam keine Antwort. Gefühlt nur, wenn es nicht zu lästig war. Ganz klarer Minuspunkt ist der Kontakt, der sehr unmotiviert gewirkt hat. Es gab ebenfalls leichten Insektenbefall, der mit Köder & Gift bekämpft wurde. Die Küchenausstattung reicht nicht für die Anzahl an Personen, die in der Wohnung Platz hätten. Das wichtigste für die Selbstversorgung ist jedoch vorhanden.

Nich dunktionsfähige Heizung und Lampen. Versprochene Spülmaschine fehlt. Rollladen defekt. Wäscheständer fehlt. Usw.
