Appartamento moderno, climatizzato, in ottima posizione a Levanto, lontano dal rumore ma vicino a bar, ristoranti, negozi e spiaggia. Comodo il parcheggio nello stesso stabile soprattutto per famiglie con figli piccoli. È bello dimenticarsi l'auto in garage e muoversi esclusivamente a piedi. Letti comodi, piccolo terrazzino e cucina attrezzata. Comodi anche i due bagni. Eravamo 4 adulti e due bimbi piccoli di 3 mesi e 2 anni. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La mancanza di una lavastoviglie un pochino pesa. Sarebbe bello se nell'appartamento venisse offerto un kit di benvenuto cucina con sale grosso e fino, zucchero e olio e una bottiglia di acqua nel frigo. Gli ospiti apprezzerebbero moltissimo. Per la raccolta differenziata sarebbe utile sostituire i contenitori vecchi e rotti sul terrazzino con almeno 4 contenitori nuovi più capienti e con scritte precise: carta, plastica, vetro e indifferenziata. Anche il mocio Vileda e rotto e vecchio e va sostituito. Sedie e tavolo di ferro sul balcone sono arrugginiti, meglio sostituirli e optare per la plastica. L'umido potrebbe essere raccolto sotto al lavello in cucina ma servono indicazioni più chiare su come gestire o rifiuti e anche una mappa che indichi chiaramente dove conferirli nei pressi del tunnel per evitare che la gente lasci sacchi d'immondizia davanti al portoncino. I due water in bagno andrebbero puliti meglio e più a fondo. Per il resto nulla da dire. Siamo stati benissimo. Gran bel appartamento.

This apartment was absolutely fantastic. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes from the beach and about 15 mins from the train station. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious. The rooftop terrace was incredible!

The major drawback for us was the lack of blinds or curtains in the bedroom. Once the sun is up, you’re awake. And in the summer that’s 530-6 am which was really not fun at all and we found extremely frustrating. We loved staying there but slept extremely poorly. An eye mask only helps so much. Just put black out curtains up. Additionally, two other things. One, most people are booking this accommodation to relax, not sort garbage. If you want the garbage sorted, leave different bins for the different items and have the cleaner take out the garbage. Not something anyone wants to think about while on vacation. Lastly, the staff were impossible to get a hold of. I tried messaging on the booking platform and emailing them and received no response at any point. I was trying to clarify some information regarding check in. So that was also very frustrating. We couldn’t call as again we are on vacation. Their reception hours are also extremely limited and if you need help after hours it’s just a phone number to call… Maybe at the very least you can set up a WhatsApp chat with your guests to ensure smooth communication at all times.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable. We also liked that everyone had their own private bathroom, which made our stay much more convenient.

During our entire stay, we had no internet connection. We reported the problem, and someone brought a Wi-Fi box, but it didn’t work because its data had already run out. After that, I sent several messages but received no response. When I finally called, they asked me to come to the office instead of sending someone to fix the issue. They should have responded quickly and solved the problem on-site. Unfortunately, we had no internet for our entire stay.
