Comfortable , clean , friendly hotel in Levanto town centre.

Great location, not far from the station in the heart of the town, close to the beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. The room had a nice balcony..

It was all good. The shower cubicle was very compact and a bit tricky for my tall husband!. The room was comfortable but 'no frills'.

Levanto was one of our favorite destinations during our trip

All of the staff we encounter were very warm, friendly and inviting. The breakfast options were generous and fresh every day.

Having coffee cups available to use throughout the day would have been nice as well as access to wine glasses.

Primavera was the last available hotel for our booking period, we went in expecting something bottom of the barrel but were delighted to find a clean, well located hotel with wonderful staff. A very good experience!

The hotel is located in an excellent location in levanto old town. Just a few minutes from the beach and a bunch of nice restaurants.. the staff is extremely nice , probably the best that we encountered ever during our travels in Italy. The breakfast is simple but good

The staff were so helpful and friendly. Wonderful breakfast. Iced water on tap was great in the heat. We had a balcony and could sit out and watch the world go by. Good air conditioning. Its very central for restaurants and the beach. Station is an easy walk away. We really enjoyed ourselves.

A comfortable and convenient stay.

Welcoming and friendly staff. The owner does all she can to ensure a comfortable stay. Great location - so close to the beach, shops and local cafes. Also a short walk to the train station - convenient for day trips to Cinque Terre. Recommend!

Fabulous location and amazing staff

Breakfast - overall good. Hot & cold items plus pastries, yoghurt etc... Location - a stones throw away from Levanto, beach, restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the train station which takes you directly to each of the Cinque Terre Room - very good shower, decent size room STAFF : absolutely fantastic friendly family run, mother and daughter are brilliant, Danielle & Claudia. Not only did they help us when we were running late with our journey to catch a cruise, they drop you off to the off site parking and generally could not have been any more friendly. I would come back just to see them again. Also very responsive on Booking.com messenger.

Just a note there is no lift in the hotel but there are not that many stairs so not really an issue. Additionally the shower in the ensuite is extremely compact, not much room to move but not a huge issue.

Not bad hotel, but impossible to rest

Simple, clean, with a generally kind staff

Simply - impossible to sleep. I might put up with the paper thin internal walls that make you hearing everything is going on in the neighboring rooms. But you hear everything goes on in the street as if was just in front of your bed, and we had groups of people shouting, fighting, listening loud music close by almost all night long. The hotel took no action - result: sleepless night. Not what you go on vacation for.

Nice and helpful staff. Fantastic breakfast with a rich offer of fresh fruits and vegetables, cakes and pancakes. Just a perfect location near the beach, restaurants, shops and gelaterias. I would definitely stay again in hotel Primavera!

Très bon petit hôtel

Hôtel très bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre-ville. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Petits-déjeuners extras. La propriétaire de l'établissement et son personnel, entièrement féminin, sont très sympathiques, de bon conseil et toujours à l'écoute. De surcroît, elles parlent toutes plus ou moins le français, ce qui rend les échanges plus simples et faciles. L'hôtel dispose d'un parking, dont la location est modique (10 €/jour). Situé à 700 m de l'établissement, la propriétaire se charge de vous y conduire en début et fin de séjour, pour faciliter le transport des bagages.

Tout petit bémol, la douche est assez exiguë.

Posizione ottima in centro e a pochi minuti dalla stazione, lo staff molto gentile e disponibile, camera pulitissima e letto comodo. Il parcheggio custodito a un prezzo veramente vantaggioso. E' un hotel ideale per una vacanza alla scoperta delle 5 terre.
