Ron was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Could have used brighter bulbs in the light fixtures though. The view from the hotel terrace was very nice, and the town of Levanto is only a five minute walk away.

I’m so thrilled we chose villa Margherita ! It was perfectly situated close to Cinque Terre but also a world apart. I enjoyed Levanto, the scenery, beach and all the dining and shopping options. Fredrico and his staff were superb. Efficient, friendly, and professional. They work hard to make your stay a great one. I apprecall their efforts. Would definitely recommend!!

The location is excellent, up a slight hill, and an easy walk to the beach and the train station. The rooms are well insulated— I couldn’t hear a sound from other rooms although it was full. Very good breakfasts. Nice garden area, although it was too rainy while I was there to use them. Friendly staff.

Beautiful spot! Close to town & not too far from the train station and ferry boats- nice breakfast and coffee - a great place to stay in Levanto! We had a rental car, so parking was one of our requirements- so grateful we had a place to leave the car while we explored Cinque Terre

Lovely villa surrounded by gardens, friendly owner speaks excellent English (he studied in England), wonderful breakfast buffet with so many options (I am gluten free and still found plenty I could eat). Cheerful staff. Smart TV in room so I could watch English shows on Youtube. Fridge in room, bottled water supplied daily. The main drawback for me was the entrance is on a busy road with virtually no pavement and some blind corners, I really felt like I was taking my life in my hands particularly in the dark. Had some trouble with mosquitoes in the gardens. Easy walk into town and Levanto was lovely, a good base to explore the Cinque Terres but much more relaxed and less crowded than them. I recommend the boat trip down the coast.

Easy walk into the center of town. Area much less crowded then the other towns in Cinque Terre area and an easy walk to train. The owners speak fluent English, which for us was a real plus. Parts of Levanto have no sidewalks or street lights, so bring a flashlight to warn on-coming drivers at night as Villa Margherita, in particular, is on a blind curve. Would stay there again and would recommend the place to others.

The Villa was adorable and the staff was very friendly. It was walking distance to the main area in town, the beach, and train station. The Villa has a beautiful courtyard to sit in and relax and have a glass of wine. We stayed in July which was quite hot and the air conditioner did not work well.

Convenient location and a very relaxing stay as we explored Cinque Terre for three full days. We were given a larger room upgrade at no additional cost which was greatly appreciated. Breakfasts were good and gave a good start to our day exploring the area. We had a car which we we're able to park in a secure garage during our visit. We would certainly stay here again.

This villa style lodging offers comfortable accommodations and great service in a peaceful setting. It is up on a hill, so walking to and from the center of town requires 7-10 minutes walking, including a few minutes climbing up the winding roads and/or flight of stairs. Taxi service is available for 10 Euros from anywhere in town, including the train station. If you arrive at the train station with luggage, it's better to pay for the taxi. The owners operate this hotel and provide excellent customer service. I believe there are a couple of spaces for parking, but call the hotel to inquire if you have a car.

Great location - less than 10 minute walk to the beach and the centre of town. Views are spectacular. Building has lots of character. Staff were helpful. Only negative is that the pedestrian access gate opens directly onto a road on a bend and there is no footpath so could be dangerous if you had young children. Otherwise everything was great.
