- Several outbuildings on the property (including a root cellar and sheds) are off-limits to guests
- The surrounding area is rural with nature and wildlife (including bugs) present
- The property sleeps up to 5 guests with the twin air mattress, which is located in the main/queen bedroom (the one without the door)
