The Mod Cabin is in a quiet residential neighborhood and close to Bearsville and Woodstock, NY towns.
The facilities were in excellent shape, furnishings comfortable and decor artistic. The kitchen was well stocked and even included an espresso machine!
Not crazy about the smell of the diffusers but that's just personal taste.

The property was very peaceful and clean. It was a short drive from the center of Woodstock so convenient for meals if you choose to eat out.
Since pets are allowed, it was hard to control for cat and dog hair from previous guests, but we bought allergy medicine.
