Dare to break from the hustle and bustle culture and immerse yourself in the beauty and solitude of our modern spacious brand new Tiny house tucked away on a peaceful dead street on our 13 acres bluestone property located 10 mins from Woodstock and Kingston.You will be steps away from waterfalls on the creek ,nature trails and a myriad of flora and fauna,sleeps up to 6, masterbedroom and loft has queen beds,loveseat with full bed, one bathroom with shower and updated regular toilet . The house comes with fully equipped kitchen with coffee maker, coffee and tea and creamer,fully refrigerator,gas stove with oven , pots and pans ,blender and toaster and all utensils.Outdoor gas grill with gas provided.Very centrally located 10mins to Woodstock for shows at Levon Helm ,Bearsville performance center,Woodstock playhouse,Marvrick center for music and art center and many Art galleries.Lots of walking and hiking trails around nearest is 1,5miles Bluestone forest preserve,Ashokan rail trail ,overlook and many others around.Enjoy firepit outside with fire wood provided and enjoy gazing at star while roasting marshmallows.Lots of breweries around Keegan ales, Blue dot in Kingston. We are 30mins from the famous Phenicia dinner. For those who love skiing we are at the foothills of the Catskill Mountains Belleayre and Hunter Mountains are 40mins drive away and they also have panoramic views of the Catskill mountains using their skii lifts in the summer and fall.

Very clean, cozy and good communication. Perfect for two adults and small children I had two teens one was very tall. They had a great time nonetheless!

While the interior was spacious enough and clean, we were very disappointed in the state of the outside—and the outside aspect was why we had selected this rental in the first place. The listing makes the outdoor spaces look charming and appealing, but they were dirty, weedy, and dumpy. There was nothing about the front or back that made us want to relax outside. The firepit was covered in a tarp full of water and bugs, and every chair and table/surface was rickety and dirty. The “view” is not of woods really, and there is no creek nearby. The view is of the owners’ main house, orange traffic cones, and an overgrown yard full of broken trees and weeds. It was very disappointing. Finally, during hot weather I would suggest that the air conditioning is turned on prior to the guests’ arrival. It was sweltering when we got there, and the one split system is not sufficient to cool the whole space. We closed the doors to the bathroom and back bedroom to conserve energy, and then left for several hours to let the AC work. Since we couldn’t use the back bedroom, we slept on the pullout couch one night (very uncomfortable for two grown adults), and then in the loft once the upstairs had cooled off (that bed and space is very comfy & cute if you can handle the height issues). The house has a lot of potential, and Elizabeth was very nice when I called about having trouble with the door code, but to make it a real “retreat,” I would add a 2nd AC split and hire a landscaper.
