Access to house was easy, close to tons of hiking trails, clean house, great place to unwind and explore!

The location is very convenient, a couple minutes in either direction of the main road will get you into tannersville or further in to catskill. the food is quite simple and good in town as well as a grocery nearby.
Propertywise, The driveway is very small, so either approach slowly and don't be mad if you missed it. This property allowed three dogs which we were very lucky to find. Lots of open space in the common area, the bedrooms were reasonably comfortable. The climate was cool and there were fans in each room. Overall, it was fine. Communication was fine, albeit canned. Got the information I needed

Water was leaking from under the dishwasher and the only way to stop it was to turn the water off to the faucet, we basically had a non functioning kitchen sink. The temperature of the home when we arrived was cold and it took hours to warm up!
