Your mountain vacation starts here! Just minutes from the cute restaurants/shops of Main Street in New Paltz. Also within easy drive distance to orchards (Twin Star), vineyards (Robibero family) and 15 minutes to the climbing mecca the Shawangunk Mountains.

Theres so much to see here, but when it's time to come home, you can rest assured that we have everything you need. We have all the basics you'd expect like a washer/dryer, wifi, fully stocked kitchen etc. We got you covered!
This is a great option for families that want to have communal time but also a little bit of room to stretch out. Hang out on the patio, let the kids play in the yard, etc.
Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (note: both bathrooms have showers, not tubs)
Bedroom 1: KING bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed
Bedroom: 3: Double bunk beds
We make an effort to ensure the house is safe, but it may not be ideal for families with very young crawling babies.
We have our home professionally maintained by pest control services, but that doesn't mean its impossible and you may see a bug during your stay. In this rare event, please reach out to us and we will handle it.
We do not allow smoking/vaping, unauthorized guests or pets. Any violation of this rule will result in a $500 fine.
We allow maximum 2 pets, and they must be added in your booking request.

We stayed at this house for about 5 days. It was nice and we enjoyed staying here. We are Jehovah’s witnesses and it was very close to Walkill and Patterson and Warwick weren’t too far. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

The house was perfect for the days we stayed. The only hiccup we had was when we arrived the house had not been cleaned-prob the holiday weekend had to do something with it. Joe was very responsive in getting someone to come and get it ready. Other than, we had a phenomenal time in New Paltz.
