Tucked away in the small town of Salisbury Mills, our house sits on 3.0 Acres of land in front of the beautiful and historic Beaverdam Lake with a private pool and hot tub.
NEW ADDITION: PONTOON BOAT (electric) for your use and enjoyment (Liability waiver required prior to check in)
Just 1hr-1.5hr drive from Manhattan. 2min away from the NJ Transit Salisbury Mills-Cornwall stop. 10min from Storm King Arts Center and a short 20min drive from West Point Academy. Other nearby attractions include, Blooming Hill Farm(10min), great hiking trails over seeing Hudson Valley(5min), Woodbury Commons(20min)

We used the outside grill twice and had several friends join us for dinner and the kitchen and outside grill worked well . The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. Also the art work is beautiful, only negatives would be the poor condition of some furniture and in several places the wallpaper has large rips.

We had a lovely time, the weather wasn't great but that is out of everyones control. We just wish our stay was during pool season and that the lake wasn't under construction at the time.
