About this apartment rental
Bright top floor coastal flat in Dalgety Bay with private balcony views across the Firth of Forth towards the iconic Forth Bridges. Relax in a comfortable living space with 65inch tv, enjoy cosy bedrooms, fibre Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen. Includes dedicated parking plus shared second-car parking, two nearby small beaches, coastal walks, local restaurants and direct train/bus links to central Edinburgh. A peaceful home from home for short breaks, longer stays, family visits or work trips.
Guests also have access to shared gardens, fibre Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, washer and dryer machine, dedicated parking for one car and shared parking for a second car.
Sleeps up to 5 guests:
• Bedroom 1: One king bed with direct access to the balcony
• Bedroom 2: Two single beds as standard, or 1 king size zip link bed on request. Bed guards for children also available on request.
• Living room: One King air mattress stored in the main bedroom ottoman with bedding, linen and a pillow. Available On Request.
Time from property to:
• Fife Coastal Path - runs directly beneath the balcony
• Two Beaches - approximately 5-8 minutes walk
• Dalgety Bay Squash and Tennis Club - approximately 4 minute drive or 22 minute walk
• Dalgety Bay Gym - approximately 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk
• Edinburgh city centre - approximately 30 minutes by direct train or car
• Edinburgh by direct bus - approximately 50 minutes
• St Andrews - approximately 1 hour by car
• Loch Lomond & The Trossachs - approximately 1 hour by car
Travel times are approximate and may vary depending on traffic and public transport schedules.
Guests are welcome to use all main areas of the flat during their stay, including the living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, private balcony and shared gardens. A few locked owner storage areas and kitchen cabinets are kept private and are not available for guest use.

If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please contact us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
Before arrival, please let us know if you would like the beds in Bedroom 2 arranged as a king-size bed, if you require a children’s bed guard, or if you plan to use the air mattress.
