Updated 3BR Home w/ Heated Pool – Close to Lake Sumter Landing
Relax and recharge in this peaceful 3BR/2BA getaway in The Villages. Boasting a private htd. pool and modern updates, this home sleeps 6 (King, Queen, and Twin configurations, all with TVs).
Conveniently located: It`s a short drive from Sumter Landing, Palmer Golf Course, Churchill Downs, Pimlico Rec Center, and a great selection of nearby shops and restaurants.
Friendly reminder: Add`l fees apply for more than 4 guests or a pet.
The Village Guest Passes are free. This gives you access to all the amenities in The Villages, including Executive Courses ($15 per player) and Championship courses ($65-$75 per player plus cart rental if needed).
Resident passes are available for $50, and cover just 2 people. They provide approximately a 10% discount for playing championship golf.
Each of these require a form to be completed prior to your arrival.
Reservations for golf can be made 4 days prior to play, and I can assist you with this.

2) pet fees ($75.) Small dog less than 20 lbs, no cats.
