This home features a solar-heated pool, which works differently from a gas-heated pool.
A solar system uses the sun’s energy to warm the water. Because of this, the temperature isn’t adjustable like a gas heater.
The pool will naturally warm up on sunny days, and the water temperature will depend on daily weather conditions and outdoor temperatures.
On cloudy, cool, or rainy days, the water may feel cooler since the system relies on sunlight.

Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, garage, lanai, or anywhere on the premises.
Failure to comply with this rule may result in:
Additional cleaning and deodorizing charges
A penalty fee between $200 and $500
Potential immediate termination of the reservation without refund
🐱 No Cats Allowed
Cats are not permitted in any of our properties under any circumstance unless explicitly authorized in writing prior to arrival.
Unauthorized cats in the property may result in:
Deep cleaning charges
Allergen remediation charges
Penalty fees between $500 and $1,000
Additional charges for damages, odors, or excessive cleaning requirements
🐶 Dog Policy (Pet-Friendly Homes Only)

We had a lovely time. The house was fantastic. It was well stocked and homey. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it.

The home was exactly as shown, clean and furnished very well. The bed in the master suite was excellent. Neighbors are friendly and helpful. Darrell's Diner in Southern Trace has great food and staff. Also recommend The Blue Point in Brownwood. TV was difficult to operate and frustrating for someone with little to no streaming experience.
