Welcome to The Caddy Shack, where the fun never stops! Whether you are here to play some golf or just kick back and relax, our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom getaway is designed for pure entertainment. We’ve included a 4 seater golf cart for your use, making it a breeze to cruise around The Villages, and get to your favorite golf courses. Need to work on your short game? We have a practice putting mat ready for you on the porch. After a long day of golf nothing feels better than jumping in a pool!
The Space:
Bedrooms:
Master Bedroom: The master suite comes with a king bed. You'll also enjoy having access to your own bathroom and walk in closet.
Bedroom 2 & 3: Offers very comfortable queen beds, and sport their own smart tvs.
Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: En-suite in master bedroom. Has a double sink area so both can set up their toiletries without worrying about running out of space. You will also enjoy a beautifully tiled walk in shower!
Bathroom 2: Sits between bedroom 2 & 3. It offers a shower and bathtub combo to fit your preference, along with giving you enough space to get ready for an evening out on the square!
Guest Access:
Guests of The Caddy Shack will have full access to the entire house. Enjoy the private heated pool, perfect for a refreshing swim any time of day. The included 4 seater golf cart is at your disposal, offering convenient transportation around The Villages and to nearby golf courses and town squares. You'll also have access to the driveway for parking and the backyard for relaxation. Inside, you'll find all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen.

Priority Check Out:
Not a morning person? We get it! Skip the rushed packing and enjoy one last slow breakfast. We offer a Late Check Out at 12:00 PM (standard is 10:00 AM) for just $20.
This fee allows us to bring in a larger cleaning team to ensure the home is still perfectly prepped for our next guests on a tighter timeline. Treat yourself to those extra two hours of relaxation!
Construction vehicles are not permitted to stay overnight in The Villages.

Everything was very clean. There were things there for all ages to enjoy from toddler up. Great stay, will stay here again

Positives: We enjoyed our stay at Caddyshack while visiting relatives in The Villages. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to be close to Fort Sumter Landing. Communications with Zach were responded to quickly. Golf cart was a plus.Room to improve: Property can use a deep clean, under the beds was dirty. The house can use some insulated drinking mugs like Tervis so guests don’t need to use glassware around the pool. A strange smell turned out to be coming from the kitchen sink drain, which was partially clogged and caused the sink to fill when using the garbage disposal. I was able to clear the blockage carefully with a plunger, but a lot of black gunk was in the drain; was happy to get that issue resolved without bothering Zach. Regular cleaning needed to avoid future problems. The front door code provided was incorrect but that was correctly quickly. The juke box ate a CD and wouldn’t play it or eject it, frustrating. Despite a few challenges we would rent Caddyshack again.
