Gather with family and friends in our spacious mountain home featuring beautiful lake views, a private hot tub, game room with pool table and foosball, and a large wraparound deck. Minutes from Kings Beach, Northstar California Resort, Palisades Tahoe, hiking, beaches, and North Tahoe Regional Park, it's the perfect year-round retreat for creating unforgettable Tahoe memories.
This is our family's Lakeview Retreat, where we've been making memories since 2015. For more than a decade, this home has been a special gathering place for our family, and it's our pleasure to share it with yours.
One of the things that makes our home truly special is its location. North Tahoe Regional Park is just a short walk from our front door, making it easy to enjoy year-round outdoor activities. The park features pickleball and tennis courts, playgrounds, soccer and baseball fields, hiking and biking trails, sledding hills, and cross-country skiing in the winter.
Surrounded by towering pines with beautiful lake views, our home is just minutes from some of North Lake Tahoe's best beaches, skiing, hiking, boating, shopping, and dining. Spend your days skiing at Palisades Tahoe or Northstar, paddleboarding or boating on the lake, relaxing at Kings Beach, or exploring scenic mountain trails. Then come home to soak in the hot tub, challenge your family to a game of pool or foosball, grill dinner on the deck, or unwind by the fireplace while watching the sunset over the lake.
Perfect for two families, multi-generational vacations, or groups of friends, the home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests across five bedrooms plus additional sleeping space in the third-floor game room. With three bathrooms, multiple gathering spaces, and a large wraparound deck, there's plenty of room for everyone to relax, reconnect, and enjoy time together.

Parking
Parking is available for a maximum of four vehicles:
Two vehicles in the garage
Two vehicles in the driveway
Placer County regulations prohibit street parking.
Guests are welcome to use the garage during their stay. During the winter months, please remove snow chains before parking inside to help protect the garage floor.
Several locked owner-storage cabinets are located in the garage and are reserved exclusively for owner use. We appreciate your understanding.

Guest Access
Guests have exclusive access to the home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the fully equipped kitchen, game room, wraparound deck, private hot tub, BBQ grill, garage, and driveway, with the exception of clearly designated locked owner-storage areas.
Self check-in is available with a smart lock. Your unique access code will be provided shortly before check-in.
Your Hosts
We personally manage all reservations and guest communications and are available through VRBO if you have questions before or during your stay.
Our local co-host, Aubrey with Prime Tahoe Properties, lives nearby in Kings Beach. She personally prepares the home for each guest, coordinates housekeeping and maintenance, and is available should you need local assistance during your stay.
Whether you have a question about the home, need help with something unexpected, or are looking for recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, hiking trails, or activities, we're happy to help.
While we're always available when needed, we also respect your privacy. You'll have exclusive use of the home during your stay, with the reassurance of responsive local support when you need it.

The Neighborhood
One of our favorite features of the home is its location next to North Tahoe Regional Park, just a short walk from the front door.
The park offers something for every season, including pickleball and tennis courts, playgrounds, soccer and baseball fields, scenic hiking and mountain biking trails, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and one of North Tahoe's favorite sledding hills during the winter.
For even more adventure, Tahoe Treetop Adventure Park is also located within North Tahoe Regional Park and offers aerial adventure courses and zip lines for both kids and adults.
Kings Beach, public beaches, restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping are just a few minutes away. Northstar California Resort and Palisades Tahoe are both an easy drive for skiing, snowboarding, and year-round mountain activities.
Before Your Stay
Guest & Vehicle Registration: After your reservation is confirmed, the primary booking guest will receive a link to our Guest & Vehicle Registration Form. Please complete it within 48 hours. All overnight guests and vehicles must be registered. The property is limited to a maximum of 12 guests and four vehicles.
Quiet Neighborhood: This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM in accordance with Placer County short-term rental regulations. We ask all guests to be considerate of our neighbors throughout their stay.
Tahoe Wildlife: Wildlife is part of the Tahoe experience. Black bears, deer, coyotes, and other native wildlife may occasionally be seen in the area. Please keep food and trash secured and never approach or feed wildlife.
Winter Travel: Winter weather can change quickly. Four-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, or chains may be required during snowstorms. Guests parking in the garage must remove snow chains before entering to avoid damaging the garage floor.
