About this house rental
Exceptional location with activities for all seasons. Home is just a couple blocks from the water that is a few minutes walk away and has some peekaboo views (tree obstructed) of the lake.

Newly Remodeled in 2022 with 2,100 Square Feet of space for the entire family with all the modern amenities.
* 4 bedrooms with a multi-purpose den that can convert to a 5th bedroom.
* 3.5 baths with bidets to accommodate everyone.
* Upstairs has a bunk room with Multi Game Table including Foosball, table tennis, basketball, air hockey, archery, chess, checkers, and more.
* Another bedroom with Cal-king bed and office space with 500MB high speed mesh wifi throughout the home.
* Huge deck for outdoor dining and entertaining.
* Large front & backyard for summer bbq or kids to play in the snow and build their own sledding hills and forts.
* Plenty of parking with garage and driveway that can fit up to 5 cars.
* Two 4K Smart Tvs and one HD TV with access to most of the streaming services like Hulu, Amazon Video, Disney+, Apple TV, etc.
* DVD player, sound system, tons of board games & puzzles, fireplace to keep cozy, bunk / playroom

It has always been our dream to have a vacation home in Tahoe for our family to enjoy all that Lake Tahoe has to offer. It is truly our home away from home and we love to share it with those who will treat and respect it just as if this was their own. A lot of hard work has been put into making this home as comfortable as possible and we hope you can appreciate it as much as we do and make your own wonderful memories here.
There is a 10% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) and 2% TBID (Tourism Business Improvement District) tax collected by Placer County for this rental which does not show up on the Airbnb estimates. We have a rental agreement. Single night stay for an additional fee and lower minimum nights may be possible, please send message for availability.
