Summary:
A classic Seacrest Beach bungalow on the east end of 30A, with Gulf views from the living room and second-floor front deck. Situated just 92 steps from Gulf Lakes Public Beach Access across the street. Three king bedrooms sleep six, every room has a smart TV, and there's a wet bar off the living room. Grill out and bike to Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, and The Big Chill. Bikes, beach chairs, and an umbrella are ready to go. Managed by Emerald Shore Collective.
The Space:
The main living level is on the second floor: an open living room, kitchen and dining table, a wet bar for mixing drinks, and the front deck, with its own table for meals in the breeze and a view of the Gulf. The king primary suite is on this level with its own bath.
Downstairs, two more king bedrooms share a full bath. Every room has a smart TV, and the whole house keeps that laid-back Seacrest beach-cottage feel.
Back from the beach, there's a hose out front to rinse off the sand.

Guest Access:
The whole house is yours — living level, both bedroom floors, the front deck, the backyard, and the bikes and beach gear. Parking for at least six vehicles.
The Neighborhood:
The Gulf Lakes beach access sits directly across 30A, close enough to see from the house, so there's no packing the car or hunting for parking. Seacrest Beach is on the quieter east end of 30A, minutes from the dining and shopping in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach, with The Big Chill nearby for food, live music and games.
Getting Around:
The 30A bike path runs right past the house, and the three bikes we leave make it easy to ride to dinner along the east end. You'll want a car for groceries and longer trips.
Other Things to Note:
This is a classic 30A beach bungalow with an easy, laid-back layout. The main living level and primary suite are up a flight of exterior stairs. The two first-floor bedrooms have their own exterior entrance and also connect to the main level by an interior spiral staircase. Pets are not permitted at this home.
