Located in the tranquil community of Seacrest Beach, Blue 9 is a small complex that sits right on the Gulf of Mexico. The private beach access directly out your back door offers your family a truly special vacation getaway. This fully private beach is just for Blue 9 and its 9 townhomes and offers so much room for everyone to spread out and enjoy a beach day. You’re still close to great shopping and restaurants, easily accessed by bike or car. The 19-mile bike path that follows all of 30A runs right in front of the property.

Seacrest is a perfect destination with beautiful white sand beaches, coastal dune lakes, open green spaces, restaurants, and entertainment venues. Located near all your favorite 30A communities like Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach, Seaside, and Seagrove Beach, you’ll have swift access to a variety of shopping and dining venues that are spread out along the Gulf Coast. The 19-mile paved bike path that parallels the entire length of the scenic highway 30A makes getting around easy - you'll find it right outside your front door.

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Our stay was wonderful. We loved the easy access to the beach and how private it was. The unit could use a little updating, but the beds were comfortable to sleep on.

PROS:The condo is in a great location with direct beach access. The beach area in front of the condo is private for families staying in Blue Nine, so the beach area is never going to be crowded.The condo was clean and suited our needs perfectly (3 bedroom, with 4 beds total).CONS:The high-speed internet router had to be reset several times because the connection kept dropping. In this era of video streaming, without internet you can't watch TV. I called Benchmark and there's pretty much nothing they can do. I called the internet provider and they said they would come out the next day. They didn't show, and then I got a text from them saying I had an appointment for the week after we left. I finally figured out the router was overheating, and moved it out of the cabinet.We saw 2 cockroaches in the condo; 1 live and 1 dead. It was the biggest roach I've ever seen. I called Benchmark 3 times. Each time they said they would get it treated, and they never did. This was an issue for us, as my family was creeped out by it, and we were paranoid for the remainder of our stay.
