Welcome to Spanish Villas #58. Located just a block from beautiful Indian Rocks Beach, this cozy cottage is the ideal retreat after a day of sun and fun. Centrally located in Indian Rocks Beach, some of the area's best restaurants and bars are just a short walk away. Splash Harbour, Indian Rocks Beach's popular waterpark, is only 5 minutes away. Clearwater Pier 58 and John's Pass boardwalk, with great shops, restaurants, and nightlife, are a 15-minute drive. Recently remodeled, with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, this cottage is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a small family beach vacation.
Kitchen: Features a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and stove. Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, children's dinnerware. Basic dishes, cookware, bakeware and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil and coffee pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Table and chairs for 4 people
Living Room: Queen-sized sleeper couch with plush microfiber fabric, rattan chair, large storage ottoman, smart TV
Bedroom: King-size platform bed, closet, storage ottoman, smart TV
Bathroom: Walk-in shower, large sink and vanity, toilet
Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer, beach chairs and wagon
Important Information
House Rules:
1. Smoking is only permitted at the picnic table behind the unit. It is prohibited in all other areas of the property, within 15 feet of doors and windows
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: Only 1 parking space provided.
