About this apartment rental
Completely furnished 2 bedrooms, 2 bath condo with washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and all linens provided. Just 400 feet from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico through a pedestrian-only beach access point. The living room and master bedroom have a TV with cable, a DVD player and wifi. There is also an elevator, a swimming pool with a gas barbecue grill, and a personal parking space under the building. At the end of the street is a playground and adjacent is a beautiful conservation area and boardwalk.

Great location! Was close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and ice cream! The king bed was comfortable and the kitchen was very nice. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was our 3rd stay at this condo. The condo is spacious, well equipped & close to the beach. We enjoyed several nearby restaurants & a boat trip to Shell Key, also a 1/2 day deep sea fishing trip from Johns Pass (Hubbards Marina).

Good sized condo, plenty of beach chairs and towels. Kitchen had necessities like foil, plastic wrap, baggies & cleaning supplies. There were also oils & some spices for our use. Balcony had chairs for us to enjoy the parrots and other shorebirds and people watch. We had some difficulty getting channels to work in the living room tv. The floors needed a good mopping. Overall, it was a nice place with a good location.

This condo has a great location within walking distance to the beach and many restaurants. It has everything you need for the beach including chairs. The condo is well stocked with everything you would need in the kitchen, and bathrooms including linen. The master bedroom is large with adequate space for clothes and belongings. It was very clean and comfortable. Check in was very easy. Wi-Fi is available.
