The Space:
Sea Glass is designed for easy group living, with comfortable gathering spaces inside and multiple outdoor spots to enjoy the coastal setting. The layout gives everyone room to spread out after a day at the beach, on the water, or exploring town, while the kitchen and living areas keep the group connected for shared meals and downtime. Start your mornings right with the espresso machine in the kitchen.
Three bedrooms offer flexible sleeping arrangements for families and groups, and each bedroom has its own desk, a great setup for remote workers who need a quiet place to get things done:

Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, plus a twin trundle

The unit includes covered parking for four cars, with two spaces in the private garage and two just outside, a real perk given that you're just a half block from downtown. The garage comes equipped with an EV charging station, plus beach chairs on hand so you can grab them and go, no packing required.
The Neighborhood:
Location is one of Sea Glass's biggest strengths. You're literally a half block from multiple shops and restaurants, and just two blocks from the grocery store. That means you can park your car when you arrive and not touch it again until you leave. And when we say walkable, we mean it: ice cream, live music, and everything downtown New Buffalo has to offer is about two minutes away, not the "short walk" that turns out to be 15. You can even sit on the front porch and listen to live music drifting over from the patios at Postboy and Casey's. We're also a short walk from the Amtrak station, so guests coming from the city can leave their car at home.
Sea Glass sits less than half a mile from New Buffalo Public Beach, putting Lake Michigan's sand and water within easy walking distance. The surrounding Harbor Country area offers no shortage of ways to fill your days: shop the local boutiques, hike nearby trails, kayak or set out for a day of boating and sailing, bike scenic backroads, or spend an afternoon touring the region's wineries. When the sun goes down, head back up to the rooftop for one of New Buffalo's signature sunsets.

To ensure a safe and compliant stay, all guests are required to complete identity verification prior to check-in. A valid government-issued photo ID will be collected and verified, and the name on the ID must match the credit card used for payment. When applicable, a background screening may also be required as part of the booking process.
All guests are required to review and sign Juniper Holiday + Home's Guest Occupancy Agreement prior to check-in. While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed-upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing vacation travel insurance if you suspect you may need to cancel your reservation.
The minimum age to rent this home is 25.
A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.
This complex is 100% smoke-free and vape-free. The policy applies to all areas of the premises, including the exterior, balconies, porches, parking areas, and pool deck. Guests who wish to smoke or vape must exit the complex entirely.
Unfortunately, Sea Glass does not allow pets.
The pool is seasonal and will be open from Memorial Day Weekend - Labor Day. Specific Open and closure dates are scheduled by the local pool vendor.
Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
