Aqua Vacation Rentals "The Sands" is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath home with hot tub and fire pit is located just blocks from downtown New Buffalo. As you enter the home there’s an open concept living/dining room and kitchen. The living room has a large TV with cable and WiFi is available. The living room has plenty of space to watch a movie and the dining room has seating for 6 guests to have dinner or play games. The kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.  There are three bedrooms, one with a full bed, one with a queen bed and twin trundle and a Primary suite with a king bed. This home features a full size washer and dryer. The large backyard has plenty of space to grill out, play games, sit by the gas fire pit or hang out in the hot tub. Downtown New Buffalo is just blocks from the house with plenty of shopping, restaurants, wine tasting and a grocery store. The beach is located about .8 of a mile from the house and is walkable. This home has a beach cart to haul the beach chairs and umbrella plus your other beach items from the house.  This home is located in a perfect location so you could park the car for your stay and walk to all in the area. Come and enjoy all this home has to offer in New Buffalo!

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
