Adorable, well maintained, and nicely appointed cottage in New Buffalo. This four-bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is walking distance to downtown New Buffalo and less than a mile away from Lake Michigan! Your group will also love the heated association pool just steps from your cottage. Association also equipped with a play gym for the kids as well as a pickle ball court as well! Enjoy your meals in your screened-in porch or listen to the sounds of nature on your outdoor deck. For our fall/winter renters you will enjoy the cozy wood-burning fireplace too!
The main floor features one bedroom with a queen bed with an en suite full bathroom. Fully stocked kitchen with island seating for four as well as two more on a small round. Quaint family room with TV as well as outdoor screened-in porch dining. Second floor has three bedrooms, two with queens and one with three twins, as well as a full bathroom too. Lovely upstairs seating space as well to unwind with your favorite book!
All the amenities you would expect in a quality rental including internet, central A/C & heat, washer/dryer, gas grill, screened-in porch, wood-burning fireplace, outdoor deck, association pool, and so much more!

Good space and good location - not impressed with the delayed check in and pushed up check out if this rental sits vacant for a week between each rental. Also not impressed with the comfort of the mattresses and the obvious, visible ant problem.
