A charming Victorian with a modern décor inside and plenty of space to spread out. At 2,400+sq ft home has all the charm of a relaxing getaway but with the modern details that we've all come to expect. Guests can also enjoy a large, fully-fenced backyard with a fire pit and screened-in back porch. New carpet, paint and main bathroom remodel in 2023.

House is just steps away from local favorites such as Oinks and Beer Church Brewery. Guests can also walk to the New Buffalo Marina (.25miles), Amtrak and Whittaker St. (.5miles), and New Buffalo Public Beach (.75miles). The location truly makes it easy for all to enjoy everything that New Buffalo and SW Michigan have to offer. Whether you're looking for an adventurous vacation or just need some time to escape the busy City life, this home has a little for everyone!

Our family of 2 adults and 3 adult children was very comfortable in this roomy, cozy, and well-equipped home. Lots of space to hang out together as well as space to spread out and have a little privacy. Easy walk to shops, restaurants, and beach. Very close to wonderful ice cream!

Very spacious, comfortable, and clean. Plenty of room to spread out, plenty of common areas to get together and share quality time. We loved the porches and the backyard. Great location with walkable access to many restaurants and the local beach. We had an amazing stay!

We really enjoyed the house. It had all that we needed and felt like we were staying at a friend’s home. The yard was great for our dog and the location is in walking distance of all of New Buffalo’s prime locations.
