The separate bedroom has a comfortable double bed and a large closet to easily store your belongings. It benefits from its adjoining bathroom, spacious and equipped with a shower, a sink and a washing machine.

The apartment is located on the first floor, which makes it particularly practical and easily accessible. The windows are equipped with roller shutters for a restful sleep even when the sun is up.

You can park up to 2 bikes in the courtyard in front of the house, tying them up to keep them safe.

The apartment does not have a private parking space, but you will find many free public parking spaces in the streets all around the house.
The apartment is totally reserved for you, so everything is accessible.

The accommodation benefits from a privileged location, quiet and slightly set back from the dike, allowing you to enjoy a peaceful environment while remaining in the immediate vicinity of the life of the village.
Located in a street leading directly to the market of Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer, you can easily do everything on foot. The market, which is held every Sunday and, in summer, also on Thursdays, is an opportunity to discover the local producers and the friendly atmosphere of the village.
Only 2 minutes away, you will reach the for a pleasant walk by the sea through discreet alleys, each more magical than the next, as well as many restaurants and shops: bakery, butcher's shop, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, florist and small decoration shops.
An ATM is less than 100 metres away on foot.

For leisure, the Casino JOA is also within walking distance.

The bus stop allowing you to reach Caen in less than 30 minutes is just at end of the street.

Line 3 BUS NOMAD allows you to reach CAEN but also other seaside resorts several times during the day.
By bike or on foot, it's up to you to choose according to your desires.

Possibility on request of an additional bed with child or baby but remember to tell us what type of bed you want for child; Baby cot or extra bed. We can also provide you on request at a rate of 10€ for short stays, and 15€ for more than 3 nights, the modular baby chair with its harness, tray and attachments.

In the case of an adult occupying the accommodation alone but requesting a cot or extra bed, you may be asked for an extra charge for short stays of 3 nights or less at the rate of 20€ per stay.
